SAMPLE ITINERARY:

Friday

Arrive and get settled, then come find us in the barn to pick your baby from our flower-petaled nursery. Bond with your baby. Bottle-feed your kids (these actually want to eat), cuddle them, kiss them, and take so many selfies. After a few hours of parenting, bring them back to the nursery and join everyone else in our hayloft barn for an amazing and delicious dinner. After dinner, it’s bedtime stories in the lounge. Yes, your baby will be there. Yes, this is real.

Saturday

Saturday is goat-parenting galore. Wake up and get dressed because your bay will be hungry - first order of business is morning bottle feeding. Of course, this also includes more feeding, more cuddling, and more google-searching why your baby made that weird noise. Babies tummies will be full, then it’s your time to enjoy a farm fresh country breakfast. Later that morning, enjoy the bucket-list experience of baby goat yoga! That’s a full morning and everyone will need some rest. Not too long though, because you need time get ready for your newborn photography sessions!
When you’re done with your photos, enjoy some down time on nour beach, boating, some local exploration, or relaxation in the hammock park. Meet back together for a family walkabout through our gentle trails in the woods, singing “hi-ho” like the seven dwarfs off to work but instead of axes, you’ll be carrying baby goats in a baby carrier. Which is better (and less dangerous.) At night, we’ll grab some dinner in the barn and watch movies under the stars and in front of a bonfire.

Sunday

On Sunday have some breakfast before kissing your babies goodbye. You did it, you parented HARD. Don’t let anyone tell you different. When you get home remember to tell all of your friends “You’ll understand when you have kids.” So, on top of being jealous of your fabulous retreat, they will find you insufferable!

“O.M.G!”

“I crossed so many things off my bucket list in one weekend! Let’s start with the incredible property and glamping tents. This place is a 5-star resort. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are gorgeous and the scenery is breathtaking. Then, add the tiniest, most adorable baby goats into the picture. Never in my life had I heard of “adopting a baby goat for the weekend.” I think I will come back to this retreat every year because there is nothing else like it in the world. My favorite parts were the bedtime story time and the family walkabout. How can I describe walking around with a tiny goat in a baby carrier? I can’t. All I can say is O.M.G!
