Gilbertsville is a family-operated, intentional property, specifically designed for connection, separation from the outside world, and celebrations that express joy with authenticity. We steward the creation of three-day immersive weekends for your inner circle where the schedule disappears, high-fashion design meets the raw beauty of the Catskills, and the celebration has no limits.
With a 3.5 hour drive from New York City, the property requests for a complete surrender from its guests into its private world of nature, relaxation, and approachable and warm hospitality.
